Gamarada program

The Gamarada program itself is free of charge. You can register by attending an information session or by attending the program and filling out a nomination form.

We ask that people who want to attend pay for the program by doing good deeds for their family and community. As a bonus for those who are trained in the program, the graduates can take what they have learned from the Gamarada anger management and healing session and run the sessions themselves in the community for a possible fee. (David Leha is currently the first graduate doing this and has recently been employed as a Community Youth worker to connect with youth and promote Gamarada. He also conducted an anger management and healing session with Newtown Probation and parole Aboriginal clients on the Walking Together program and was paid for this also. His charges are:

- Cost for participants - Free, we encourage participants, as payment, to perform good deeds in a pure manner, then ask the person they do a good deed for, to do the same for the next person (i.e. pay-it-forward).

- Cost for organisations - $200.00

Note: If you are a community organisation and have limited funds, We are willing to discuss accepting a donation to cover my travel and material costs (recommend $50.00).
 

- Other - We can also share info regarding various community based support options with various groups such as Babana, Gamarada and Kirradahn Men’s groups.
